Originally from Detroit Michigan, Served 16 years in the U.S. Army serving 7 years as an enlisted soldier and my last 9 years as a Commissioned Officer via (Officer Candidate School) Ft. Benning, GA. Stationed at (NTC) Fort Irwin, CA training US Forces for desert warfare during Desert Shield/Desert Storm as Opposition Forces (OPFOR).
Actor and Military Technical Advisor for the feature Films, “Crimson Tide” and “Courage Under Fire”. Trained Denzel Washington, Meg Ryan, Lou Diamond Phillips, Matt Damon and Sean Astin on military bearing and lifestyle research for character development.

My specialty is pain management and inflammation reduction, focusing on non-medication approaches to help patients feel their best. Highly skilled in treating numerous musculoskeletal conditions like migraines, tension headaches, neck, back, and joint pain.
